This work is based on over 40 years of Michael Fullan’s (and other researcher’s) work and experience to draw our clear, implementable steps leaders can take to create positive school, district and system change.  Indelible Leadership focus is on 6 specific actions leaders can take to create deep learning and change schools for the better.  Deep learning will result in clear learning outcomes or competencies.
